Ravindra is the founder member in K&T. He holds Post Diploma in Tool & Die Design from YMCA College of Engineering.
He has gained over 15 years of experience in Product Design & Tool Design while working with Visteon India, Eicher Motors, Stanley India etc prior to founding K&T in 2012. He has strong GD&T knowledge and truly a gauge expert.
He is mainly responsible for product delivery by leading various functions such Design, PPC, Production, Quality and Project Management
Zeeshan is the founder member of K&T. He holds B.Sc (Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering from AMU Aligarh and a PGDBM in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. He has gained over 15 years of experience in Product Design, Technology Implementation and project management while working with several large multinational companies including TCS,Siemens PLM Software, ABB Finland, SUBROS , Stanley India etc before prior to founding K&T in 2012
He is responsible for Business Strategy, Organization Development, Sales & Marketing , Commercial & Finance matters and HR & Administration.
